Who this covers

This policy describes how QuickPulse, operated by Vlad Hnatovskyi, handles personal data when you visit the site or use the product.

What we collect

• Account details: your email address and an encrypted password.
• Financial data you choose to add: expenses, categories, budgets, commitments, and any rows you import from a CSV.
• Billing status from Stripe (plan, subscription state) — not your full card number.
• Basic product analytics from Vercel (page views and performance).

How we use it

We use this data to run your account, show your reports, evaluate streaks, send confirmation and password-reset emails, and process payments. The AI coach only receives a compact summary of already-computed numbers (score, tone, top recommendation). It does not see raw transactions and does not do arithmetic on your data.

Where it lives

Account and expense data are stored in Supabase (Postgres with row-level security, so one user cannot read another user's rows). The app is hosted on Vercel. Emails go out through Resend. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Cookies

We use session cookies so you stay signed in. There are no advertising cookies, and we do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is open. If you want it deleted, contact us and we will remove your account and the data attached to it, except records we must keep for billing or legal reasons (for example Stripe invoices).

Your rights

If you are in the EU or a similar jurisdiction, you can ask for a copy of your data, corrections, or deletion. Reach out at [email protected].
