The service
QuickPulse is an expense-tracking web app operated by Vlad Hnatovskyi. It lets you log or import spending, see monthly and yearly overviews, get recommendations on what to cut, and keep streaks against the commitments you set.
Accounts
You need an account to use the product. You are responsible for the email and password you use to sign in, and for the data you enter or import. Email confirmation is required before you can continue.
Plans and payments
QuickPulse is a paid product. Checkout and billing are handled by Stripe. For most purchases, Stripe acts as the merchant of record: it charges your payment method, issues the receipt, and handles applicable sales tax or VAT. Subscriptions renew until you cancel. You can manage or cancel a plan from Settings, which opens the Stripe customer portal.
Acceptable use
Use QuickPulse for your own finances. Do not try to break, overload, or abuse the service — including the AI coach — or use it to store anything illegal. We may suspend an account that does.
Your data
The expenses, categories, budgets, and commitments you add belong to you. We process them to run the product. See the Privacy policy for how that works. We do not connect to your bank; anything imported arrives as a file you upload.
Availability
We aim to keep QuickPulse running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and the product may change as we ship updates. Insights and recommendations are informational — they are not financial, tax, or investment advice.
